Hi everyone! I'm embarrassed every time I visit my own site and see that the last blog entry was in the middle of last summer. Forgive me! It has been all I can do to get pictures up once in a while. Speaking of which, I'll hopefully be getting the rest of January up soon.

I am DONE posting pictures of Virginia's graduation. They should be in somewhat chronilogical order, mostly captioned and turned in the right direction. Sorry there is no way to make comments. Just email me! calystah@gmail.com. Or comment on this. Sorry the albums are so huge. I would have broken them into three, but we found a card of pictures from the middle of the party after I posted everything else, so I couldn't do it the ideal way....

Wow, we've let some time go by since writing!

A few more things that Cora is doing that I forgot in the last entry are...

1. When we tell Cora to "take a picture" she holds a cell phone up and out from her head and smiles up at it with the camera lens pointed at her face.
2. She can do a thumbs up!
3. When you ask her what a tractor or a truck says, she goes "Pbbbb!"
4. She is excellent at brushing her own teeth.

All for now... I know I'm still missing stuff...

Well... we skipped March! Cora will be 11 months in a few days and I have a ton of updates! I just want to warn all of you busy people out there that, since I've neglected my mommy diary, this has become the diary. I'm posting ALL the details about what Cora's up to so that I can come back here when I eventually scrapbook it and find all the info. If you get bored... ;D, that's probably why!

Cora is 9 months old now. She is around 20 lbs and growing I'm sure. She has 7 teeth... I think. She always seems to be popping another one through. Her latest word is "baby" and she pronounces it "Bah-beh." (I'm wondering if I already posted this information... hm.) Whenever she sees a baby, a kid, or herself in a mirror or picture she gets quite excited and starts saying "bah-beh!!" Quite cute.

A new year, everyone! Well, this blog will be quick since it's past Cora's bedtime -- but I've been putting this off so long!

It's good to be home, for sure, but we had a lovely time in Birch Bay, Washington. Mom, Wesley and Brynna came down to spend the week with Marian and take her to school for us. We were so appreciative!!

December is finally here!! The vacation month! We leave on Saturday for a week long vacation on the Washington coast. Frigid, I know, but we don't get to have the Caribbean two winters in a row. The idea is to sleep in, hang out, breathe a little, talk a little, eat a little, maybe even work out a little. Mike and Cora can spend some quality father/daughter time; I can spend a little mom alone time...

So the winter is getting serious now here in Moscow, Idaho, what with it raining, being cold and even a few lonely snowflakes have been spotted!! (Please no!)
